Have you ever gone through times in your life when you felt the life force was being sucked out of you? A time when nothing seemed to work out and you felt emotionally and physically drained from being in a relationship with someone – including yourself?

That used to be my life. Pretty much all I could do was put one foot in front of the other, go to work, pay the bills, and put food in my body - just enough to keep body and soul together.

I had been in a relationship for many years that was emotionally abusive – I didn’t know it back then but who I was being and the role I played was that of a co-dependent. I was so insecure that I spent a lot of my energy trying to make him happy and thinking that I could change him to suit my needs. But underneath that dysfunction was a little girl who was afraid of abandonment and being alone.

When I finally got around to summoning the courage to close that door of my life, little did I know the freedom that was on the other side? And with that one courageous decision, I was able to plug myself back into life, recharge the energy I had lost, and go on to create a life, love, and business that would blow my mind.

In this week’s podcast, I interview Del Adey-Jones who is a coach for people who struggle with co-dependency and narcissistic abuse in relationships. We talk about her own journey and how she has gone on to create a life and coaching business that truly allows her to live her purpose. We also talk about how dysfunctional relationships and not putting ourselves first is one of the biggest energy drainers in life –

You’re going to love Del – and remember that the journey to awakening and accelerating our MAGNETISM in life, love, and business, begins with the foundation of self-love.
