Our Mission: We are committed to increasing awareness and understanding of the fundamental operating principles of the mind so that people can perform beyond and above what they think is possible and experience success from the Inside-Out.


More than ever, the drive for excellence in the workplace has become a prerequisite if we want to thrive and have a greater impact at work. We have erroneously attributed our success to hard work, striving, being able to handle pressure, being constantly busy, only to discover that we push ourselves until we wear ourselves out.


What exactly are the ingredients that go into helping us show up as high performing; impactful, expressive, authentic, creative, and essential contributors at work?  That’s the million-dollar question that everyone wants to know the answer to, and it’s at the heart of our work with clients. 


Billions of dollars are spent annually on professional training programs, updating skill-sets; conducting personality tests, improving communication skills, and learning how to deal with stress and change. But as well-intentioned as these training programs are, have you noticed that the advice offered only works some of the time?   Workers may come away feeling inspired, maybe even empowered, but the effects tend to fade away after a while.


And so it begs the question: Why are people still experiencing insecurity, impostor syndrome, workplace stress, strained communication; and under-performance? Clearly, something isn’t working. There’s something fundamental that’s not being understood.


If information alone was the thing that solved these problems then we'd all be operating at peak performance. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. At best, information at best gives us some good coping and managing skills.


The crucial missing link in our understanding of human performance.


While all of these performance tools and strategies are useful and well-intentioned, they don't consistently provide consistent results for everyone in the same way. Some people respond better than others, and the transformation we seek never seems to stick.

What we share with our clients is a universal understanding of the dynamics and mechanics of how the mind works behind the scenes for everyone regardless of age, background, personality type, or educational background. 

In the same way that there is value in knowing how the operating system of a computer works, there is also great value in understanding the principles of how the mind works---how it contributes and produces our moment to moment experience of reality.

What's Different About What We Offer?


The understanding we share with our clients takes a much deeper dive into workplace issues than the approach espoused by traditional professional development training or self-help management books. For the most part, these approaches primarily address the CONTENT of people's lives--why we behave the way we do--our behaviors, conditioning, programming, limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and feelings--our psychology. We refer to these as the "tip of the iceberg" -- that which is visible to us. At best, this approach is merely about coping and managing.

Our focus is on the mechanics of HOW the mind works. Knowing HOW the mind works is a far more leveraged, sustainable, and lasting approach. Rather than trying to FIX ourselves, we focus on the built-in fundamental brilliance of the mind, its operating principles, how it's designed for success and self-correction and if understood properly has the power to help us perform beyond and above what we think is possible.

A major cause of workplace stress is because people feel a sense of powerlessness. People work long hours, have tight deadlines, and it seems as if they spend most of their day working alongside people who are either irritating, demanding, unreasonable, or sometimes downright abusive.

Unfortunately, none of us get to choose or control who we work with, but that doesn’t mean we have to be miserable and endure this situation. It doesn’t mean we have to lose our power. Our experience at work doesn’t have to be this way.


The implications of workplace stress are that it interferes with our ability to be productive, creative, present, and collaborative with others. We suffer from a lack of ease and well-being.  It’s estimated that over half of the 550 million working days lost annually in the U.S. from absenteeism are stress-related.
