Here are some of the problems and challenges I was up against when I first started out - can you identify with any of these?

I had a strong desire to coach and help people, but I didn't really know who I was as a coach or who I should be coaching. I needed to find the right fit.

I wondered if I was really qualified to do this work - I was always doubting my ability and questioning whether I was ready.

I didn't know how to explain what exactly I did for clients. I used to hate it when someone asked me what I did! I didn't know what to say. It all sounded so vague.

I felt insecure about putting myself out there for fear of failing and embarrassing myself.

I kept procrastinating, hiding out, and questioning my value and worth. I didn't feel proud of my work.

I struggled with putting together a tangible offer - and when I did think I had something I would sit on my ideas instead of sharing them.

I was afraid of what others would think about me and my offers. I did not want to be judged.

But here's the truth of what I have come to know:

I believe that one of the big reasons why you feel stuck and procrastinate - why you never feel confident about putting yourself out there - why you never know how to talk or write about what you do is because...

You don't really know who you are as a coach. You don't know who it is you should be coaching. You haven't found your soul's calling. You also don't know how to tame your inner critic and instead tune into your inner wise mentor.

We'll meet once a week on Zoom - and all classes will be recorded. Each class will be a maximum of 90 minutes.
Yes, there'll be homework - but nothing too strenuous. Just enough to keep you focused and on target.

Together, we'll dive deep into and answer the questions: What is your business? Whom do you want to serve? What issues are you most drawn to? What problems most tug at your heart?

Identifying a powerful niche is the most important foundational piece of your business. Without a targeted niche your messaging lacks clarity and connection. Niching down will allow you to position yourself to have more impact and attract clients. When you try to coach everyone, you coach no one. It's where soul meets strategy! This module takes a deep dive into finding your soul's calling.

Understanding and Taming the Inner Critic
& Accessing Your Inner Mentor

HOW TO GET COMMITTED TO YOUR WORK & NOT YOUR FEARS. TAMING THE INNER CRITIC

Fear, doubt, and insecurity are always going to be part of our human experience. But you don't have to be ruled by them.

In this module, we're going take a deep dive into our fears and insecurities and see them for what they are. You are going to learn how to disrupt yourself whenever your inner critic wants to stop you and take you down. We'll also learn how to access our inner mentor and radically change your relationship with insecurity, self-doubt & imposter syndrome for and for all.
